Studio Apartment Self Catering
Welcome to The Kenton studio apartment, a ground floor deluxe cosy self-catering studio with it’s own private entrance available to book all year round.
The apartment is located to the rear of the property by the car park which makes it great for anyone with light to moderate mobility issues who don’t need disabled facilities but do struggle to walk far or up steps.
Fully equipped for you to effortlessly cater for your self the kitchenette has a breakfast bar with induction hob (not suitable for use by persons fitted with pacemakers) double Ninja air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils, pots pans and crockery you should need. The sleeping area has a standard double bed with under bed luggage storage, wardrobe, and plenty of drawers, to stow away all your belongings.
There is also a cosy corner with a two seater sofa to relax in after a busy day with a cuppa.
The spacious bathroom has a toilet and sink vanity unit with large mirror, heated towel rail and large walk in rainfall shower. Towels and toiletries are included for your convenience.
If you are staying in the apartment from Easter to October whilst the main Guesthouse is open you will also be welcome to use the Kenton bar, games room, lounge and of course you can join us for breakfast if would would rather not cook yourself. (Booking required the night before at reception) A welcome pack with a few essentials to get you started is provided on arrival, and we can offer a cleaning service during your stay to change linen, towels and top up those essentials at an extra cost on request.
