Terms and Conditions
Room only rates are advanced purchase rates that require full payment at the time of booking, they are non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. All other rates require a deposit of the first nights accommodation taken at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the balance of your reservation due for payment on arrival at the Kenton. This deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled no later that 14 days prior to arrival, after this time it becomes completely non-refundable and non transferable. No allowances can be made for late arrivals, meals not taken or rooms vacated before the confirmed departure date. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time should the need arise.
All cancellations must be made via email or writing, telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Any alterations and cancellations to reservations made online via third party booking agents have to be made via your account on their websites.
Rooms are available to check in from 2pm to 9pm, arrivals and check in outside of these times is strictly by prior arrangement only and at the discretion of the proprietors. Check out time is 10.30am, unless pre-arranged. departure after 10.30am may incur an extra night charge.
Free onsite car parking is available to residents of the Kenton and is on a first come first served basis, pre-booking is not possible, there is parking provided for one car per room, whilst every effort will be made to provide parking your vehicle it cannot be guaranteed. The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles and their contents left on the premises.
The proprietors cannot be held responsible for monies, valuables or personal items brought onto or left on the premises.
